Check-In Prompts

Check-in prompts help you pause, name what’s real, and choose one supportive next step. Use them when you feel overwhelmed, unsure, emotionally flooded, or simply disconnected from yourself. 

How to use these prompts

  • Pick one prompt.
  • Answer in one sentence.
  • Choose one small next step.
  • Stop there. That counts.

Clarity

  •  What am I feeling right now—without judging it?
  • What’s the strongest need underneath this feeling?
  • What would make today 10% easier?

Stress Reset

  • What’s the one thing my body is asking for?
  • What can I release that isn’t mine to carry today?
  • What’s one calm choice I can make in the next 10 minutes?

Decision Fatigue

  • What’s the one decision that matters most today?
  • If I could only do one thing, what would it be?
  • What’s the “good enough” version of this?

Low Energy Days

  • What’s the smallest supportive action I can take?
  • What can wait until tomorrow without harm?
  • What would “gentle progress” look like today?
