The Gentle Daily Plan

This is planning without pressure. Make a simple plan that matches your energy—so you can move forward gently instead of burning out. 

What you’ll leave with

  • 1 priority (the thing that matters most)
  • 2–3 supportive tasks (small and realistic)
  • a “low-energy backup plan” (so you don’t fall off the day)

How to use it

  • Choose your energy level (low / medium / strong) 
  • Pick one priority 
  • Add two support tasks
  • Choose a tiny first step (2–5 minutes)

Micro-step examples (helps users complete)

  • Open the document
  • Write one sentence 
  • Set a 5-minute timer
  • Put 3 items away
  • Reply to one message (not all)
