The Weekly Reset

A weekly reset gives you a clean slate without starting over. Reflect gently, clear mental clutter, and choose a simple plan for the week ahead. 

What this reset includes

  • A quick reflection (what worked / what didn’t)
  • A release step (what you’re letting go of)
  • A focus choice (one thing to prioritize)
  • A gentle plan (small steps + safety net)

Best time to use it

Sunday night, Monday morning, or anytime you feel behind and need a restart. 

Helpful reflection prompts (if users get stuck)

  • What gave me energy this week?
  • What drained me most?
  • What am I proud of—even if small?
  • What do I want to do differently next week?
  • What’s one “kind boundary” I can set?

The “one focus” rule

Pick one focus for the week. If you choose five, you’ll feel behind by Tuesday.
